Document is opened but is read only

I have noticed from time to time that opening a word document from within Collanos opens the document as read only. I can't automatically save and update the document in Collanos. I have to delete the original document in Collanos and add the edited file manually again. I have tried to discover why this happens but can't nail it down to anything. It doesn't happen all the time or with any logic that I can see.

we will try to replicate this. Any additional observation will be helpful. In general I really recommend for major changes on a document to drag and drop it into a folder on the disk, work on it and drag and drop it back. Like that no other team member at the same time is going to do changes on the same document.
We are going to do some tests whether this could even cause the effect you have.
