Cannot see files after reinstall.

Hello!
One of the managers on my network is having some serious problems with Collanos. For starters it keeps crashing his PC. Once he recovers form the crash he cannot see any of the files anymore. Even after reinstall he cannot see the files. So we tried removing him off the list and he deleted his workspaces. Then I re-invited him to the workspaces, but still he sees no files.

Similar situation here but not after re-install.  Created new workspace, invited colleague to join, was able to join my new workspace but when I would make changes to the folders or start sending files, they could see nothing.  Transfer indicator was showing something being sent, but no new folders or files were being received by them. 

Also some intermittent disconnections - would be online one second and then we would go offline all of a sudden.

I am actually at work right now and I am sending something from my house (just a few blocks away - not that that matters).  I invited myself from home to join a workspace.  I never received the invitation here at work, but the file is sending anyways and I have no clue where it is sending it to!!

Can you send us your log files (help - Report Problem/Bug in your Collanos Workplace).  We need us much information as possible on what happens.
