Cannot create a new account

I cant create a new account for 2 days...I have seen a message "Application error. Try to register a few minutes later" ...what is a problem???

I 've instaled Collanos Workplace 1.1
OS - WIN XP SP2

Hello,
if I understand correctly you have downloaded and installed the Windows version of Collanos Workplace, installed it, started it and got the first login dialogue and from there you tried to create a new Collanos Name and that is where you got your application error?

Yes, you've understood all correctly.

I could create a new accoount for me, but I can't create account for other project team memebers ... I don't understand it...

I сhanged account name, e-mail address & password - I don't know why, but it works! I did it!
