Hebrew Language Support

hi,
i would like to help translate collanos into Hebrew. i already know how to change the gui to be from right-to-left, in order to r/w in Hebrew, but i would like to have the whole thing localized. i've also already tinkered with a plugin file and translated most of it. however, when i run the program, everything i wrote in Hebrew is gibberish.
please let me know how i can help you.

I would like to turn this into a Dutch version. What files need to be modified? I did a mod of plugin.properties but that only does the trick halfway. There is another page where I can modify/translate other interface labels and such? And, can I add the option for a dutch version in the language section of the preferences?

If any of the staff of Collanos reads these messages: any help on your behalf would of course also be appreciated.
