We are using Collanos for a group project in which students are having to share documents and information across three locations, Nebraska, Wisconsin, and India.  However, many of the groups using Collanos are having a LOT of problems with synchronizing documents.  We think we have figured out the problem and would like any advice or workarounds.

1.  PersonA posts a document for the group.
2.  This change gets synched with PersonB's account, which is always logged onto Collanos.
3.  PersonA logs off of the system.
4.  Person C logs onto Collanos needing the document from PersonA.  PersonB is still logged onto Collanos.

It is my understanding that since PersonC and PersonB are in the same group, PersonC should be able to synchronize with PersonB to get the document posted by PersonA.  However, this isn't what is happening.  The synchronization between PersonB and PersonC never seems to happen.  Or if it does, it seems to take hours (or even days).  If PersonA logs back on, this also can trigger the synchronization between persons.

Is this a known problem or something unique to our situation?  Is there a workaround?  We thought by having PersonB logged on all of the time would fix the issue, but clearly it does not.  Any thoughts or help would be appreciated!
