There is a strange behaviour when I try to drag and drop files from Thunderbird eMail program to Collanos workplace. It always works, but sometimes the files have a size of 0 bytes. When I drop them first e.g. to the desktop, it is working well.

Does anybody have an idea what can be the problem woith this?

Thank you in advance

Hello,

I've tried to reproduce bug, but with no result.
Can you please send us your log files for more objective investigation.
1. Open menu Help-> Report Problem/Bug;
2. Fulfill letter body and log files will be attached automatically.

You will have to wait a bit and letter window won't disappear until logs will be archived totally. You will receive message about successful sent after all.

Please answer in Letter body which OS, Collanos version (menu Help->About Collanos -> build version string) do you use? Did you ever moved Data manually or automatically, under which rights you are working on your PC?
Thanks in advance fro your response.

Thank you for your feedback. I have sent the requested information through the "Probleme/Fehler einsenden" menu in Collanos. I have two remarks on this form:

a) When I open the form, I cannot go back to Collanos to see what version I have.

b) What data are collected in the collanoslog.zip file? I did not find that file, where is it stored, where are the logfiles stored?

Thanks for letter.
As for your remarks:
a) Collanos Submission Form is made in modal regime in order to prevent some inside conflicts -> for example: When you want to save some office file you also cannot switch from saving window.
b) Log files are attached automatically and you can see it in the edit on the bottom of the window. Physically logs are inside of the Data folder, several files with "log" extension
