Hi! Is there any way of moving or copying folders from one Workspace to another?

No, this is not yet possible. We hope to add this feature in the next release, around late summer.
In the meantime, you could use "Copy To..." (context menu on the folders) to copy a Collanos folder structure out to the file system, and then import it again to the target workspace using drag and drop. Please note that Collanos business objects (Task, Note, etc.) are converted to XML files when copying out, and (unfortunately) will remain XML files when moving back in. We hope to also add this transformation very soon.
