How to registered in Collanos

We received such letter on the support:

"I downloaded the software on my computer.  I tried to figure out how to
register my username and password."

hi - i've tried this process but without success. the application installs correctly and I'm presented with the screen to choose username etc. however I do not receive an activation code hence cannot proceed further. it is as if collanos is accepting the user registration information but not sending the required e-mail with activation code. is there a significant delay in the code being sent? I've checked firewall settings but can't find anything strange. Your help/advice would be appreciated. thanks.
