We have 2 users that have been invited to our very large workspace.  They have accepted the invites, but despite waiting several days, the workspace has still not shown up on their systems.  Is there any way to check on the progress to make sure they are still downloaded?  Both of their "Traffic" indicators are at 0 for up and down.

Hello,

For the current moment traffic Monitor reflect  data downloading process in KB for the active workspaces. So one can see changes in Monitor when in any active space are made changes: in a case if you have added files - you see traffic for "OUT",  if your space members have added some information to space- traffic in "IN" part. Traffic monitor reflect total traffic for all active spaces. It is possible to optimize download speed, instruction about  how to make speed settings please find on next link http://forum.collanos.com/index.php?topic=1254.0
