The company I am part of uses Collanos almost exclusively for our off-site communications and information management. That said there are two features that would make using Collanos and managing our time more efficient.
1. A time clock, similar to http://www.toggl.com/ with a window the pops up and asks if you are still active ever 15 minutes or so, this of course could be turned off and if you do not reply to the prompt every 15 minutes it will "punch you out."
2. A search engine, the information in our workspaces is becoming more and more cumbersome to manage, a search engine for within the workspaces would make finding information much faster.
