It would in my view be a good idea to have the possibility at the collanos site to register "backup" users. This could be done with a standard user and an attribute shadow_backup=true (or something like that).

If I have such a user crated at collanos site, I can add it to my workspaces. As this user is always "online" at a collanos server, it synchronizes everything and there is no need of the different users of workspaces to be online at the same time. Such a service needs to be implemented and uses server and disk space. So I think this could be a sort of a hosting price per month (e.g. for 1 GB of space).
