My team within a non-profit organization has been using Collanos for the past 3 months. It's a terrific tool.
However, two features that would take this from "oh, that's nice" to "
this is critical" are:
- Approval workflows. I've seen some others refer to them as "forms". We'd love to use this as a way to submit and track various things from press releases to invoices for payment.
- Exporting & Printing. I believe others have posted in regards to this. For us, we use it to keep track of what we're working on. By printing it, we can easily show others during meetings rather than actually reading the list.
