How to get to my Collanos account and how to buy credit in Euro?

Dear Collanos User,

We suppose that you have credit/debit card in Euro and want to buy credit for Collanos phone - is that right?
 
Please note that Collanos credit is denominated in CHF, so you cannot buy credit in Euro, but you can pay with your Euro credit card all the same.
 
Please note that currently Collanos accepts only Visa and MasterCard.
 
To access your account and buy credit please do the following:
 
1. Go to Collanos website - www.collanos.com and click "Account"
2. Log in with your Collanos user name and password
3. You will be redirected to your account page.
4. On this page click the link "Buy more credit.."
5. You will be redirected to "Phone Credit" page
6. On this page please (1) select the amount in CHF, which you wish to buy, (2) provide you billing information, and (3) click "Buy"
7. You will be redirected to the page where you will enter your credit card information and click "Pay"
8. The chosen amount in CHF will be credited to your Collanos account and the appropriate amount in Euro (according to the exchange rate) will be withdrawn from your credit card.
