Hi, so our team decided to use collanos and it seems that i'm the only one not able to run collanos. I tried installing to default folder, to different folder and usually i can start collanos for the first time. When I exit the application and try to run it again, it doesn't work. Once i was able to run it (start and exit) the whole day, but the next day (computer was turned off) it didn't work again.

I'm using 64b windows xp. Any ideas?

Thanks

Dear Ulukai,

One stupid question - how many displays you have connected to your PC ?

Probably that's the cause.

I am of the opinion that in cases when you think Collanos is not started it is just sent to the SECOND display.

But my second monitor is always on (when primary is on) and it's not there. Even process doesn't show in task manager.

If it helps, my system is Phenom2, 8 GB RAM and nvidia GTX260.

Well... if you say that even process doesn't show in task manager...

What is your OS?

What actually Collanos is saying when you try to start it?

I use 64b windows xp. After i install to different folder, i'm able to run collanos one time. After i exit it and try to run it again, it doesn't work. Thing with process not showing up - i think it's there just for such a little amount of time that i can't even see it. A few days ago when i was trying to get collanos work i was able to see the process for a second or so.

The first time i run collanos it doesn't say anything special, i use my login, see the workplace and so on. Second time i want to run it, nothing shows up, no warning message.

Well ...

Can you please go to the folder

C:\Documents and Settings\[your name]\Application Data\CollanosWorkplace\Data

and send all files you will find there which end in ".log "

to

support AT collanos.com

Please zip all files in one archive if possible.

We will analyse the files.
