As part of the download registration process, we require users to confirm their registration details. We do this to protect your privacy and against spam.
Once a user submits her registration details, an email is sent from Collanos to the email the user submitted for registration. This email contains a confirmation code (and a link) that allows the user to proceed with the registration. The confirmation code is unique to the user, as well as the current browser session.
===================== ISSUE: ===================== As with any other email message, there are instances when the email cannot be delivered to the intended recipient. These instances are mostly beyond the sender's control. Possible causes include:
* DNS-level IP blocking * ISP port blocking * Enterprise spam filters * Desktop spam filters
===================== SOLUTION/WORKAROUND: =====================
Try the following actions when not receiveing a confirmation email:
* Add support@collanos.com to your address book * Add support@collanos.com to your spam filter "allowed" list * Register using a different email address, such as a personal gmail, msn, aol, or yahoo
If you continue to be unable to receive a valid confirmation code, please send an email to: support@collanos.com, providing your ISP name and spam filter settings.
