I installed Collanos but after installation, when I double click the shortcut, system tray show "Collanos loading" and after a few seconds, the opening screen appears for a split second and disappears. But it is working perfectly in another system on which I installed simultaneously. My OS is Windows XP home Service pack 3 and I use Norton 360 anti virus. Please help me.

Also, please tell me whether collanos can be used over LAN?

I have now the same problem.

I installed Collanos on a Windows 2003 Terminalserver and it worked fine, until I closed and re-started Collanos Workspace. Now it does not start any more. It only shows the "Collanos Icon" on the system tray for a couple of seconds and then this goes away again.

Has anyone faced similar problems ?
