Workspace and Phone -- how to change username?

I had to change user name and email just recently and was not sure how to accomplish it.  I tried to uninstall and install with a new name, but it did not give me a prompt to reinstall with a different name & email.

I went to "my profile" and scrolled down and that is how I changed my user name and email address.  I then closed down (quit) collanos and rebooted my computer.  Success.

PS. remember all the tasks will go to the new user name.  So make sure your tasks are assigned to the correct people.
