Sorry for the belated reply. What OS are you using (Windows, Mac, Linux)?
Don't want to bother you too much but it would be very helpful if you would send us your log files so that we can track the problem and try to resolve it.
To find the files we need go to the folder where you have the Collanos application. The files most likely will be in: "Program Files"> "Collanos"> "Workspace" folder. The names of the files are: "error" and "transport" (both are text documents).
The last file we need is in the "Collanos">"Metadata" folder and has no name but is the only text document in that folder.
Please copy and paste these three documents into an email and send them to support AT collanos DOT com.
