Collanos

The conflict bin stores your files that have been deleted or modified by another user, consequently ensuring that your work will be backed up. If someone modifies or deletes a file were you were the last author, then a conflict bin icon will appear on the botton left hand side of your Collanos applicatin. You can also open the conflict bin from the tools menu.

Conflict bin stored objects are displayed by last modified date. You can select headings to sort conflict bin items.

Deleting Objects

You can choose to delete all conflict bin items or select an item and then delete

Restoring Objects

You can only restore one conflict bin object at a time. To restore a conflict bin object highlight the object and then click restore. You should then double click on the workspace were you would like to save the object and continue double clicking until you have selected the folder where you would like to store the object. You also have the option of creating a new folder and renaming the object.

When you have selected a location you can click save and the object will be saved and removed from the conflict bin.
