Hmmmm, phone call to our IT dept methinks.....gives me an error, (not that I know particularly what I'm doing....)
I'm not sure that new users would be bothered with opening ports etc, particularly if it's part of a large network. If I was a new user, and I just wanted to evaluate, chances are I would have uninstalled after my first attempt at signing on.
