Sorry for the delay with the upcoming release.
We are trying to squeeze in some more fixes and enhancements on top of the new features:
1. Conflict Bin
2. User loging/out
3. Offline Invites
4....several more

We are planning to release it by the end of April but if we miss this target please accept our apologies. We're trying to do it right on the first shot!

Are you connecting from a location where there is a central firewall or proxy? Can you share more details on your OS and network setting?

I am trying to access from my workplace (large public hospital) so I assume there might be a firewall.

OS is xp pro

Sorry about this Jeff.

With the new Central User Directory you may need to open port 8443 as follows:
https://superedge02.collanos.net:8443 in order to make Collanos work properly.

Let me know if this works (or not).

Hmmmm, phone call to our IT dept methinks.....gives me an error, (not that I know particularly what I'm doing....)
I'm not sure that new users would be bothered with opening ports etc, particularly if it's part of a large network. If I was a new user, and I just wanted to evaluate, chances are I would have uninstalled after my first attempt at signing on.

Thanks Andy.

From what we hear from our users, this problem is not very common with individuals and small businesses but mostly with large organizations such as schools, hospitals, etc.
Hope users do not need to deal with opening ports all too often and will let us know if there are any problems so that we can try to find work-arounds wherever possible.
