Hi Collanos Team

Thanks for a great program, I spend a lot of time downloading software programs and testing them out and so far Collanos is definitely the most effective task program (it's free as well which is a huge plus).

In the past I have used a program which has users on different levels of security. example: The managing director is able to view all tasks issued by the employees. If tasks aren't completed by the due date then the task is forwarded automatically to that particular employee's superior. That person one level up in management will then address the situation immediately. So if there is a situation where the Managing Director is receiving a task which was issued by internal sales then obviously there are few people not doing their jobs properly...

This system is great as management can always check the the tasks at hand and change their priority if need be. Also when it comes to meetings management already know what is happening and don't need updates from employees, it quickens meetings as everybody is on the same 'page' before they enter the meeting.

If Collanos can get this functionality in operation it will be a winner!

Thanks Neil.

Combining the Tasks with a Calendar and workflow is a high priority on our product roadmap. In the meantime, specifying detailed requirements really helps us zone in on the base functionality users expect from the system. We encourage additional users to list what the core needs are for a Task solution and we will release enhancements gradually with each new version.
