User on Windows doesnt see User on Mac

Hi,
One of my team member is on Mac and I am on Windows, we are both connected but I can't see him online. The thing is that he sees me online...Do you have this kind of problem before?

Hello!

I have the same problem, but I'm on a mac and my colleague is on an windows.

I had create the workspace (with 1.3v) and now we don't syncronise (with 1.4v)... any idea?
This is important for us. We don't want to work with e-mail again.

We tried to address this issue in version 1.4.0.2

So, we invite you to go to http://www.collanos.com/en/downloads and download and install the new version or use the built update feature: Help-> Software Updates

Please let us know if the problem reproduces in the new version or not.
