This is the scenary:

Office A -> one server and n client lan connected: Collanos installed on each clients with the same path of collanos data on server. Every clients logins with the same account (ex: OfficeA)

Office B -> same configuration of office A, but logins with different account (ex: OfficeB)

Office A and office B was not lan connected, but they share files via web with Collanos. It can works properly in a configuration like that?

Dear Fabiogvn,

I would suggest the following solution:

1. Each user has own account
2. Each account is used on one machine
3. Each user has own Collanos Data in a folder on his own machine
4. Each user may create as many Collanos workspaces as he wishes and invite to each workspace any other Collanos users.

This is how Collanos is supposed to work.
