Hi,

I like Collanos better than Groove. This morning, when I started my pc, my largest workplace was not appearing. Other workplaces were.

I am the only user of the Workplaces, and I have not deleted anything.

I checked the data file folder and there appears to be about 2gb of encrypted files, which should be about the size of my lost workplace.

How can I restore this workplace or get access to those files? Some of those files are my only copies.

This is exactly the sort of issue that concerns us during our test phase with Collanos.  How do we recover in the event of a major problem such as this?  I'll follow this thread with great interest.  Thanks for asking.

hmm, seems Collanos support is not active or/and the development of the product is dead.

I still haven't solved the above problem. Nobody here can help me?

I have been told that Collanos support was inactive, but they finally got back to me with at least one answer.  If they can't fix the support issue, I doubt we'll stay with it, but it has great possibilities if they can.

Well, you get what you pay for... I'll move back to Groove.
Until support is running, I advise all to stay away from this product

Is anybody at Collanos listening in on this?  It's a major issue and the primary one that's holding you back.  We're still giving it a try, but it won't last long if support doesn't come back and stay in place. 

Once support is back, I have plenty of thoughts on how to improve the product.  Meanwhile, I won't yet delete Groove from my computer as we're testing Collanos.

Now, 2 months later, still no solution for my issues. Collanos seems to be just a kitchen-project.
Stay away from it if you want to keep your files.
