I would like to delete my username from Collanos and start again from scratch. How to do that?

Hi,
what is it exactly that you would like to do? Would you like to get a new Collanos Name using the same data, would you like to start again from scratch building your spaces, or just delete your Collanos Name?

At the moment there is not yet a delete option implemented for the entries in the Central User Directory - the directory of the members of the Collanos Community.
We are going to implement such management features for users later. If you want for any reason a specific Collanos Name to be deleted, let us know. We are going to do that for you.

To start from scratch with a new Collanos Name the easiest is to uninstall your Collanos Workplace, delete the data directory and install a new version. At login you can request anytime a new Collanos Name and work with that one.

To start from scratch with an existing Collanos Name, you just rename or delete your Collanos Data directory. One warning here. If you use your Collanos Name with a new Collanos Workplace data instance, you cannot use it with the old instance anymore - your team members will not recognize you anymore as the same user.

If you let me know what your actual need is I will be glad to give you more detailed instruction.
Regards
Peter
