My partners can't access collanos

Hi, i'm new to collanos workplace, and i'm trying to start working with it, it seems a great software, but i'm having problems inviting my partners. They can't accept an invitation to access the workplace.
They have the automatic invitation on and it doesn't work. Can anybody help?

Could you try the new 1.2 version which was released at 09 November to see if it solves the problem?
If it will repeat You can use the Report Problem/Bug functionality from 1.2 version which will automatically send the required logs straight to support e-mail.
