I have 2 WinXP machines which were running 1.1 in the default configuration (data files and program locations) quite happily. I was eager to upgrade to 1.2, which I did.

Now, all I have are two machines with useless sample workspaces, and all my good data is stranded in the old locations. I read the earlier posts, uninstalled and reinstalled 'custom' pointing to the old data directory (tried several times with several variations) and nothing has worked.

Whats' maddening about this is that the installation process never went 'hunting' for the previous data files, nor does Collanos give explicit directions on how to connect up to the old data files -- the software just blithely installed itself in new directories altogether.

I use the software on a daily basis, and unless I can get 1.1 back running, or 1.2 working right, I'm hosed.

I uninstalled 1.2 and did a new install of 1.1. The old workspaces are back.

PS: I tried any number of methods to matchup the old locations for a new 1.2 install, ultimately resulting in a 1.2 runing but not showing up.
