Hello Adriano, This error is possible and error message is given by our application in one case, after which your app should work correctly. We need more information so can you please answer on several questions: 1. In which way you've proceeded Collanos update: automatic or download installer from site? 2. Does this error occurs several times or during each start? 3. Is space on which opening error occurred is still available, how many members are there, do they have some similar troubles, what kind of content is in that space (.doc files), what size it is in MB? 4. Which OS do you use? 4. Can you please send us log files for more objective investigation?
You can send log files using menu Help-> Report Problem/Bug -> please describe in letter body that your question is on the forum.
