Any workaround to inherent P2P limitations

I'm looking into Collanos for a tech savvy team I work in that is distributed around the world.

A few questions come up

1) Most of us use many different machines.  Is it true that we need different logins for each machine?

2) Is there any access to the content when working on a public/new machine? 

3) In small groups, does there need to be login overlap in order for the content to update?

Getting a sense of these answers, and any relevant workarounds, would help us to adopt the platform.

We are glad that you've paid attention on Collanos. As for your questions:
1) If you use Collanos on multiple computers, you need multiple Collanos Names. You cannot use the same Collanos Name on multiple instances of Collanos Workplace. So if you want to have the same information on multiple computers, you need to use a different Collanos Name for each of your computers and invite all these "members" to the spaces you would like to have synchronized.
2) All Data is encrypted, so you can't open it with other program or you cannot log into Application with other  Collanos Name, only with name that was imputed during first start, so you can use on public machine one general login/password.
3) To replicate files you just need to be in one space and nothing depends on logins. Create space and invite there everybody,whom you want to share files.
