Myself and another member just had to restart collanos as we were both online, but were seeing the other as "offline".

Probably something to look into.

Cheers,
Jonathan

Hello,

Current status of the peer is recent to all spaces members each 15 minutes and request of another peer status. So can you please answer on several questions:
Does it happen each time?
How long did you waited until you took decision to restart?
Did you tried to switch status on both sides?
Which OS and Collanos version (menu help->About Collanos Workplace-> build string) do you use?

I would say we waited for about 10mins
This is the first time I have noticed it happen
Neither of us tried to change our status.
Windows XP Pro - Version: 1.3.0.2 - Build id: 20080327-1240

Perhaps it was just a once off:), just thought I would post in case there was an issue to look into if others had the same experience.

I understand. Please next time you will see some problems with presence, try on change on both sides status to off line and then to on line once, sometimes some problems may occur when concur net disconnection and application check for status, it receives off line measure and next check will be in 15 minutes.
