Multiple users in one location (on one subnet) ??

We are just starting to try out Collanos and seem to be having trouble related to our NAT routed machines having just one internet IP. Does that cause a problem or am I down the wrong path? Also is there deeper general documentation available somewhere? (I don't know if I am overlooking something but I haven't found much.) Thanks in advance!

Well, I presently have three users here in the office where we are testing out Workplace. We don't see each other as being online, notes, etc. don't really update. (It seems that very spuratically there will be a little burst where we see some new data; I was thinking it is supposed to be pretty real time though, right?)

There was a relay server mentioned in the above link; do I need that and how do I find out about it?
