I just recently upgraded from 1.3 to 1.4. Today I noticed that many of the folders had the icon noting that a change had taken place, I checked these folders and noticed that they were all empty!

I spent a long time trying to restore old backups, but had little success (some did not show any folders, others crashed the program). After awhile, I noticed some of the folders were also elsewhere and had probably been moved. As such, I now think that the data is not missing as such, but that old empty folders have reappeared somehow?

2nd - the program does not always exit when you tell it to from the task bar and requires you to open the interface and use the workspace -> exit method.

3rd - when I open WC3:TFT (game), collanos always starts uploading (with the recorded amount left to upload going down and up), yet when I close the game (or before I open it), it has nothing to upload.

Dear coooljono,

Thank you for your interest in Collanos.

Please find below the answers to your questions:

1. Nothing of that kind has been previously reported to us. So, can you please re-report the issue from within Collanos application (Help->Report problem/bug), in this case we will receive your environment variables and will be able to investigate the case. Please report which OS do you use. Also, please send us a detailed description of the workplace that suffered - how many members share it with you? did the same problem appear on their computers too? and any other details that you think may be useful.

2. Yes, this is a known bug and we hope it will be fixed in the next release.

3.  We will test the case but it will be very useful if you could send us a some screenshots that illustrate the issue. Also, please inform us if you play the game online via Internet or just locally on your computer.

Best Regards,
Alexander Onishko

Hi Alexander

I reinstalled the program several times (1.3 and 1.4) to different locations so any such data is no doubt lost by now.

with issue 3, it is when playing Warcraft 3: the frozen throne online (on Bnet). I usually host games, and the posts used to host are: 6112 - 6119 (udp and tcp). Just in case it helps, the map which I was hosting (the only map I host) was "DOTA". Screen shots probably wont help in this case as the "#" in "Traffic # 0 B in, # xB out" fluctuates up and down.
