In my organization, we use Collanos a lot. Very nice piece of work!
Small feature request. Because we have quite a lot of running projects at one time, we tend to put some together in one workspace. We keep their statuses organized by putting projects in folders. Sadly, after every move of files/directories Collanos will flag them as new... An option to stop flagging moved files as new would be highly appreciated.
Thanks Mark

Please do support mor drag & drop functionality:
Link: Drag&Drop an url on Mac's Safari into the workspace should create directly a link object.
Todo: Drag&Drop a todo on ical/outlook into the workspace should create directly a task item.
Mail: Drag&Drop a mail into the workspace shoult create directly a txt file or note.

Hello,
Collanos is based on Java version "1.5.0_12". JRE is supplied with Collanos Workplace. Probably in feature Collanos Workplace would be oriented on more fresh java versions.

Hello,
We made investigation and above is result of our work. We can fix this if it is reproducible problem, because it seems like this trouble depends on OS aspects.

1. I'm on WinXP Home Edition, SP2, with all the latest updates. Collanos 1.3.0.2, build 20080327-1240.
2. I'm not sure what you are referring to. I guess that would be a "no".
3. C:\Documents and Settings\Marshall 2\Application Data\CollanosWorkplace\Data
3(3). This may be the source of the problem. Most of the filenames are showing in 8 character format and only a small handful have the proper long filenames. I'm guessing that those with the long filenames correspond to the files I'm able to open. This is a very long list, so I'll attach it to the "Report Problem/Bug" that you asked for.
4. I just let Collanos update itself using it's automatic updating feature. I don't remember doing anything special. I'm sure I followed any directions it might have given me, but I didn't go out of my way to do anything weird or to look anything up on your site for instructions - just whatever the program did.
I have sent the Problem/Bug Report.
Thanks, Marshall

Hi Alex, unfortunately, as outlined above in the first paragraph, our original "Form Builder" (aka "Business Model Designer") is not being actively developed at this time. What do you think of the a simpler approach as outline in the second paragraph above? Would such an easy to use "flat forms object" satisfy your needs? What should it be able to do as a minimum? What do plan to implement with your forms?
