Hi there again, yes, I was too fast yesterday when I said "it is solved"... but in the meantime, it should finally be fixed. :-)
The details: - Correcting the firewall settings on our super peers was very important and it improved the situation, but it was not yet the real core of the problem - Yesterday night we migrated all our super peers to the latest Java 6 version and this finally seems to have made the difference
Could you please check one more time and see if Workplaces connect fine now? Appreciate!
Please note: Regarding the "Data Lost" issues mentioned above: We have heard of some situations when data *seems* to be lost, but in fact the new installation was simply not pointing to the old data directory. Because these problems are quite particular to each user, please get in touch with support[AT]collanos[DOT]com directly. We will help you sort this out. As soon as we see what goes wrong, we will publish a "tips & tricks" post.
