The following Callanos problems get resolved:

1. "Connecting...." status that appears in the status bar for almost 35 minutes before I get connected (Nov. 10, @ 11:00 AM EST). Last night was OK although it took on average 2 minutes to get connected.

2. Having visual alerts for workspace changes (like those in Grooves).

3. Drag&Drop support between the Groove File System and Windows's Explorer.

Cannot wait to see the above resolved so that our team can practically switch to Callanos.

Great, we look forward to it!

1. The main problem has been solved. Remaining "hick-ups" should be removed within the next 10 days. See the board "Important Messages from Collanos" (http://forum.collanos.com/index.php?board=26.0) for more details.

2. We do have visual "unread" markers today, for any new and changed content in workspaces. We also have audio Alerts that can be customized.

3. Not sure what you mean. Did you mean between Collanos and Windows? Drag and drop is supported partly and will be extended gradually over time. Dragging and dropping files, folders and folder trees from Windows to Collanos (outside-->in) is available today. Within the same workspace, you can also move around folder trees (inside-in) using the mouse, but NOT YET between different workspaces. From the inside out, you can drag and drop several files at once, but NOT YET folder structures and Collanos business objects.

Moving forward we will gradually "complete" the drag and drop framework with the end goal of pervasive D'n'D support everywhere. We are also currently researching ways to sync OS folders directly with Collanos folders, but this will take a bit more time.
