Hello,
I tried to install a second instance of Collanos workspace on my laptop, as well as my desktop.  Unfortunately, I used the same user name and password as my desktop.  I was informed that I have to use another, unique name.
So I uninstalled Collanos workspace from my laptop, and tried to start over. The problem is that when the installation completes, it somehow recognizes my earlier defined (the one that's on my Desktop PC) user name, and won't allow me to change that.
How do I fix this?
Peter

Could you please tell which OS do you use with your laptop?

Hello,

Collanos consist of two parts: Application part and Data repository. Data stores your login information, encrypted files and it doesn't removes during un-installation, only manually.
I can assume that during installation you selected standard installation variant. During  "Standard Install" setup automatically install at the following standard locations:
Application Directory - C:\Program Files\ CollanosWorkplace
User Data  Directory  - C:\Documents And Settings\{Your user name}\Application Data\CollanosWorkplace\{Unique Key}\Data
So you can delete this data locally and start up installed Collanos with new account - it will let you login, as your Data folder will be empty on that moment. You can point new data location: login to Collanos with new account and choose data location on "User not found" window. As for Future - it is also more convenient for you to use custom installation and point manually Data location.
