"I received an invitation to a work space, where do I find this invitation?
And how do I get to the workspace?"

For the people who facing same problem I will describe invitation process a bit detailed.
Invitation e-mail to workspace is generated and sends out automatically to the Collanos member e-mail address in a case of non acceptance invitation to space in a 10 minutes period. There are 2 forms of receiving space - one is automatic and one can see space only after total download, another differs only in one point: after invitation to space message arrives with confirmation request whether one wants to download space. Auto-Accept invitation  setting are applied to Collanos application initially. This setting can be changed through  menu Tools-> preferences on the first page "Collanos Workplace" check box “Auto-Accept invitation”. If  “Auto-Accept invitation” is switched off notification message that contains Invitee name, space name,size arrives on each invitation. You  can decline or accept invitation through correspondent buttons   on window, which appear on notification message click.
Workspace downloading process is made in next way:
1. Person A invites person B in space;
2. If person B is off line message is sent to person B;
3. Person B go on line, person A is on line;
4. Invitation arrives to person B and if Auto -accept invitation is checked downloading space  process starts, if box is not checked message to Person B arrives and Person B confirms invitation or disagree;
5. Person A receive message about his invitation acceptance in a case of Auto -accept settings on user B side, and correspondent message if user B had accepted space or had denied invitation;
6. Downloading process starts. It  is not visible anywhere in Collanos app and during space receiving person A,B should be on line until space arrives to person B;
7. When space arrives to B - message appear "You have received space. Do you want to open it". User A also receive message that Person B had received his space.
