Hello,

Collanos workplace stores all information- all you files- in one folder - Data. Files are encrypted, so when you open it withing Collanos - file de-encryps into temporary folder.  Since file was de-encrypted it coordination were given to OS, which decides with which program file could be opened and what to do with it.  So it depends on your antivirus program settings. If your antivirus begin virus search on any program start, then file would be checked. You can also make it more safer: use context menu to save file on your HD and open it within your HD.

I appreciate your answer however i think it would be important if you can allow resident antivirus softaware to access and scan files as they are incoming into the workspace. If you can do that in the future it would be very good for all.
