We're avid Groove users but have experienced some, introduced, issues with Groove during the last year or so that is making it less reliable for a business. Collanos seems very promising but most of the above mentioned features are badly needed. So we eagerly looking for Collanos development steps that will take us closer to abandon Groove...

since my last message (see above) on april 22, I haven't noticed any sign of progress on the website or any new releases.
still I'm a happy user but I have to agree with you: further development of the mentioned improvements is nessesary for me also to enroll it in our corporation of 12 users...

Improvements:
  1. have more than one person login on the same computer using a different user name and password? 
  2. have the capability to add columns to tasks
  3. be able to add names to task before they accept their invitation to collanos
  4. have collanos user guide print friendly
  5. on tasks, have the option that the location of task is the workspace or the folder in the workspace
