The notes feature is nice.  It is great to be able to click one button and to have a document started.

What would be even nicer is to have formatting in it.  Most of what we create are rich text files (RTF).  Right now, I have a blank RTF in a special folder.  I go to the folder, right-click and the file and copy it, go to the folder I am working in, paste the file, right-click and rename the file.  Then I can finally open it and begin creating the document.

It would be great to have a special place in the file system for storing template documents like this.  Within my working folder, maybe I right-click and choose Add which then brings up a list of all standard document types (Note, Folder, File, Discussion, Task, etc) along with any templates that I have created.

Loving this product and anxiously awaiting more fine-tuning.
