Task Organization

I have worked with collanos for about a year.  I am very pleased with it.  The one drawback is organizing tasks.  I am wondering if collanos has a task manager.  I need to assign tasks to different people, these people may be working with different projects.  My question: How can you sort all the tasks across all projects for one person?  thank you

I am beginning to understand tasks on collanos.  But is it possible to add or delete columns in tasks?  thanks
