Renaming Objects

Apart from File Objects which can only be renamed in their original applications (E.g. MS Word), Collanos Objects can be renamed very quickly.

  1. To rename an object, highlight the object, right click and select the "Rename" option.

    The "Rename Object" dialog opens.

  2. Click on the "OK" button to confirm.

    The object is renamed in your workspace.
    Once team members synchronize with your computer, the object will also be renamed in their workspaces.
