Adding Content

You can add unlimited objects to your workspaces.
All objects need to be added via a folder.

  1. To add a new object, highlight the folder where you want to add it and then select one of the five object icons in the tool bar:

    For each object selected, the respective dialog opens.

    In this example, the "Add File" icon was selected and the "Open" file dialog window opens, allowing you to select a file from anywhere on your drives.

  2. Select a file and click the "Open" button.

    The file is added to your workspace via the folder you had initially selected.

  3. Similar to how you added a File Object, you can add Links, Tasks, Notes and Discussions to the folder.

    In this example, the "Post Note" icon was selected and the "Create Note" dialog window opens.

  4. Click on the "OK" button.

    The Note is added to your workspace.
