Collanos

When you first installed Collanos, you had entered some general information about yourself so that members can locate you in the directory and invite you to their workspaces.
To change any of these details you need to go to your My Profile.

1. Click on the "My Profile" tab in the tab bar.

   

   Your My Profile details are displayed.

2. You can update your data and click Apply to save any changes.

   Your new account information is saved and updated.

Notes:

• If you made changes to your name, once you synchronize with other team members, your new name will appear in your joint workspaces.

• Anyone looking you up in the Collanos directory will see from now your new account information.

• Un-inviting Members
• Sending Messages to Members
• Changing Your Presence Status
• Assigning Permissions
